Monday Morning Forecast

Good Monday morning! I was so great to get to be back with everyone in our worship service yesterday. As the morning is dawning, it is a cold and clear day ahead. I can’t help but think of those that have no warm place to stay, not even a manger. We experienced firsthand those that needed assistance and I could not stop wondering where they would spend such a cold night.

We talked yesterday about a “New Beginning” and allowing the Holy Spirit to strengthen our efforts to walk our Christian Walk, in this life, more like Christ. To not hide, turn away, or run from the callings God places in our hearts. As the sun breaks the horizon, I realize that each day is a “New Beginning” …a new opportunity to serve, exhibit compassion, and to change.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Have a blessed day and listen for God’s call for your life. You never know what opportunities you might be given.
